All of the pieces below
can be made out of any species of wood you desire. We like rare
burl mesquite, and we have the best source in Texas for this unique
wood.

Your cost will be determined by the size of the piece, species
of wood used, and degree of customization".
Unique Mesquite designs and builds conference tables tailored
to the particular needs of each customer. These can be crafted
from any premium hardwood in addition to our trademark burl
mesquite tables, and are customized from a wide array of
configurations, sizes, colors and finishes.
Sizes and wood types are based on customer preference, and
range from small, intimate 4’ x 6’ tables to
6’ x 20’ and larger. Tables can be equipped
with options such as electrical power, data, audio, microphones
and ascending LCD or plasma screens and can be paired with
complementary credenzas.

The CASO heirloom dining table shown here was designed and built
for a New York City client. Using two leaves, it can be
configured as a 60” round table, a 78” oval
(as shown), and a very large 96” oval. This table
is a true work of art, as well as a substantial engineering
feat. The tables’ many features include:
An all-burl mesquite top featuring 4 book-matched pieces
A 4” pecan border with 14 inlaid mesquite stars
A mesquite apron with 14 3D pecan stars
A 24” wide, 22” tall mesquite log acts as the
pedestal
12’ of 1/4” thick-wall steel is routed into
the top of the stump to support the table top
4 holes were drilled from the top of the stump through the
bottom of the base and 24” long all-thread was used
to attach the stump to the base.
The base, pedestal and top combine to weigh approximately
800 lbs.

This massive
table and 12 chairs were custom built for a client moving
into a new home on 70 acres outside of San Antonio.
The chairs feature burl backs, and were custom ordered to
measure 20” wide, instead of the standard 18”.
The table has two configurations. In this one, it is a square
6’ x 6’ table that seats 8 comfortably. In this
mode, the 4 additional chairs are placed at the bar between
the kitchen and great room.
The table was also built to be flexible enough to accommodate
large family gatherings. (2) 2 x 6 inserts (leaves) were
constructed, each with it’s own storage/carrying case.
The leaves are inserted to expand the table to an extremely
large 6’ x 10’ configuration, and the additional
4 chairs at the bar are moved over to the table to allow
seating for 12 adults.

This is a
combination hope chest/coffee table crafted out of burl
mesquite. The top surfaces open up, fold out and rest on
slide out supports on the ends of the table. The supports
are hidden in the body of the chest (the black “O”
rings are pulled out to extend the supports).

This is a
unique example of a burl mulberry coffee table. The client
traveled to New Hampshire to find this piece of wood, and
we crafted this table for her here in Texas. She designed
it, and ordered the legs crafted out of teak.

Crafted from two pieces of book-matched
burl mesquite, we present this example of a one of a kind
coffee table for the discriminating customer. Endowed with
natures’ own beautiful grain and a clear, semi-gloss
finish, this unique and traditional burl mesquite top is paired
with contemporary ebonized maple legs and guaranteed to be
a conversation piece for your home.

This piece was custom made from the
finest straight-grain mesquite, expertly handcrafted
and detailed with the customer’s own “twisted”
longhorn. This particular table was built as an end
table, and measures 18” x 24”. We can
craft with any other logo or likeness you desire,
or build a table similar to the one shown. Similar,
because no two pieces of mesquite are ever the same.
That’s what makes it unique…

Made of fine burl mesquite, it is highlighted
with a 5” border of Texas pecan. The table shown
illustrates our customer’s love of the longhorn.
The four raised longhorns are in 3-D and show the
beautiful detail of the “twisted” breed
of Texas longhorn that this customer breeds for. The
brands in the four corners of the table are two-dimensional
and are exact replications of the father’s and
his two sons individual brands. The table was ordered
to be 27” x 38”.
